HortINspire is a global platform for exchange, co-creation, and collaboration, and connects growers, industry partners, knowledge institutes, policymakers, investors and other stakeholders to accelerate innovation, strengthen sustainability, and drive efficiency in Controlled Environment Agriculture. For us, working closely together with Wageningen University & Research will be key. Because as regional and local governments, we can certainly facilitate innovations to flourish, but we are not inventing them ourselves. The scientific quality of Wageningen University & Research will allow us to have access to their impressive international network. And vice versa. Therefore, we are delighted that the Global Alliance of Horticulture Regions will become a member of their HortINspire initiative, which had its soft launch at GreenTech in Amsterdam yesterday.
