1. General Meeting
Main decision-making body, meets annually on a different continent.
2. Executive Committee
Elected for 3-year terms, oversees strategy and operations. Comprising of Governors and Mayors.
3. Daily Board
Manages daily governance, part of Executive Committee.
4. Advisory Committees
Academic, Corporate, Financial and Geopolitical Experts advising the Executive Committee.
5. Secretariat
Based in Westland, the Netherlands, led by Executive Director.
