Yesterday, our audience got inspired by our first event after the launch of the Global Alliance of Horticulture Regions on Monday this week. On the Insight Stage at GreenTech in Amsterdam, we met with three Start and Scale Ups that are part of Horti Heroes in the Municipality of Westland, and the HortiScience Innovation Center in the Municipality of Lansingerland.
First of all by Bionomic, providing innovative molecular solutions for biological crop protection and disease control; recently recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of Europe’s “30 Under 30” in their field. What a great achievement: congratulations!
Afterwards by ReApplic8: Powered by K8, this AI platform breaks down silos to connect the world’s best people, technologies, and resources, by accelerating food innovation from idea to impact.
And finishing with Skytree, that engineers the CO2 transition, through an advanced solution to meet any carbon capture need, while leveraging expertise from the European Space Agency.
Perfect examples of cross-fertilization. Because innovation doesn’t thrive in splendid isolation. Innovation needs fresh oxygen: open doors and windows, connection, dialogue and exchange.
