All horticultural regions in the world are welcome to join the Alliance! Whether they are already very advanced in their entire ecosystem, or even when they start from scratch. From low-tech to high-tech: or right-tech. By joining forces, members can connect easily with like-minded regions around the world.
Legal Entity, Membership Criteria & Funding
For regions
- An Association under Dutch law, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce
- All (potential) horticultural regions in the world are welcome to join the Alliance (unless Dutch law prevents this)
- Annual membership fee is set at 5,000 EURO per region (starting from 01-01-2027)
- Additional funding can be obtained through grants from international organizations, or private / philanthropic investments
- Related knowledge institutions and businesses are encouraged to collaborate with the Alliance, through partnerships with their own network organisations
